Two Degrees Program


The Two Degrees program is a 12-week initiative designed to support early-stage entrepreneurs, especially those from underserved communities, by providing the resources and guidance they need to launch and grow successful businesses. The program aims to take entrepreneurs from the ideation stage to impact, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and network needed for long-term success. 

What To Expect:

  • Weekly Roundtables: Held virtually via Zoom from 6 pm to 8 pm.
  • One-on-One Coaching: Scheduled every other week, at times that suit your availability.
  • Accountabilibuddy Meetups: Bi-weekly peer check-ins to maintain accountability and support.
  • Milestone Project: Personalized project developed with you and your coach and tailored to your business needs offering a tangible takeaway to jumpstart or elevate your entrepreneurial journey.
  • Demo Day: Showcase your progress and pitch your business to potential investors and community leaders.
  • Community Connections: Build a network of peers, mentors, and key stakeholders to help you access the resources you need for success.
  • Pre-Seed Funding: Eligible participants may apply for pre-seed funding to help accelerate the growth of their ventures.

Roundtables & Coaching

Our weekly roundtables cover essential business topics such as business modeling, marketing, financial management, and go-to-market strategies. 

In addition, personalized one-on-one coaching sessions offer targeted guidance to help refine your business ideas and develop actionable strategies for growth. These combined elements ensure that every entrepreneur receives the knowledge and support they need to move forward confidently.  

Networking & Peer Support

Through curated networking opportunities, you’ll connect with industry experts, ESOs, BSOs, and fellow entrepreneurs, gaining access to valuable resources and collaborations. 

Our peer support system, including accountability partnerships (Accountabilibuddies), encourages mutual support and accountability, helping you stay on track while building lasting professional relationships.

Access to Funding

The program offers opportunities to apply for pre-seed funding, helping entrepreneurs secure the financial resources they need to launch or scale their businesses. 

By providing access to capital, we remove one of the biggest barriers to entry, empowering you to focus on growth and sustainability.

Graduating from Two Degrees doesn't mean our support ends. 

Eligible Two Degrees alumni can apply for up to $10,000 in revenue-based loan funding to help launch a new project, invest in growth, or provide working capital for their business.

  • Cost: $750 per participant
  • Scholarships Available: We are committed to supporting entrepreneurs from all backgrounds. If cost is a barrier, we offer scholarships for qualifying participants to ensure access to the program. Scholarships may cover up to $500 per applicant.
